About Zayn
My name is Zayn, and my path started in MarTech engineering.
For years, I worked remotely as a marketing automation expert for a German email service provider, building systems that helped businesses run more intelligently: customer journeys, automations, workflows, data logic, and scalable infrastructure.
But over time, I started asking a bigger question.
If systems can be engineered for companies, why can't they be engineered for life?
That question changed everything.
As I became a digital nomad and experienced the freedom of working across borders, I realized that geography does not have to define opportunity. Where you are born, where you live, where you bank, and where you form your company are all separate decisions — and when you understand that, life becomes far more designable.
That realization took me from MarTech engineering into lifestyle engineering.
I became deeply interested in flag theory, international structuring, and the practical systems that allow entrepreneurs to build more flexible, sovereign, and globally oriented lives.
After forming my own US LLC and going deep into the world of LLC formation and compliance, I saw both the power of these structures and the problem around them: the knowledge is often locked behind expensive advisors, confusing jargon, and systems that feel designed for the already privileged.
I created this agency to change that.
My mission is to democratize the art of flag theory — making practical, compliant, and understandable international structuring accessible to borderless entrepreneurs, freelancers, creators, and digital nomads.
I believe humans have an innate desire to be free — to move, create, trade, build, and live with fewer unnecessary restrictions.
Freedom should not be reserved for the wealthy, the well-connected, or those born into the “right” system.
It should be something more people know how to design.
That is what this agency exists to help you do.
